Thank you for choosing our educational products and tutoring services. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
All digital products, including e-books, PDFs, worksheets, educational resources, videos, courses, and digital libraries, are non-refundable.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed or access has been provided.

Live Tutoring Sessions
Payments for live tutoring sessions and educational programs are non-refundable.
When you purchase a tutoring session or enroll in a tutoring program, a place is reserved for you in the class. That reserved place cannot be refunded or transferred because you choose not to attend.
If you cancel, miss, or are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, the payment will not be refunded and the session will not be rescheduled or made up.
The same policy applies to missed sessions due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, internet problems on the student's side, or failure to attend.
Technical Problems
If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Technical assistance or replacement access does not constitute a refund.
